Where do you deliver?
Dubai only, for now.
When will it arrive?
Order before 2pm Dubai time and it’s cut the next morning and delivered that day in a chilled van. From 2pm, the earliest delivery is the day after tomorrow. Choose your window at checkout.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Delivery is free. There’s no minimum order.
Is it halal?
All our beef, lamb and chicken is halal.
Is it fresh or frozen?
Our beef, chicken and salmon are fresh, not previously frozen. Our prawns are frozen at source and thawed for packing. Follow the label and do not refreeze thawed prawns.
How long does it keep?
Kept unopened and stored as directed, beef and salmon keep for six days, chicken seven and prawns five from packing. We pack on delivery day. Refrigerate on arrival at the temperature on your pack and follow its use-by date. Fresh meat and salmon can be frozen on arrival; do not refreeze thawed prawns.
Where is the meat from?
Our beef and upcoming lamb shoulder are from Union Station in south-west Victoria, Australia. Chicken is from Saha in the UAE. Salmon is Norwegian, from Asmak. Prawns are from India.
What if something’s wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Replacement on the next van, or your money back. A person answers.
