All our beef and lamb come from one farm: Union Station, in the green south-west corner of Victoria, Australia, from Midfield in Warrnambool. Cattle raised on pasture all year, graded YP for tenderness, and cut by us in Dubai. Its lamb was named Australia's best in 2026.

If you’ve had grass-fed and found it tough, that was age, not grass. Ours is graded young at the abattoir, so it’s tender every time.

Our beef comes from Union Station, Midfield’s Australian beef and lamb brand. Its story brings together pastoral properties and a tradition of raising livestock in the country’s south-east.
We select YP-graded beef. Origin, feed and grade are part of knowing what you’re buying.

Where do you deliver?
Dubai only, for now.
When will it arrive?
Order before 2pm Dubai time and it’s cut the next morning and delivered that day in a chilled van. From 2pm, the earliest delivery is the day after tomorrow. Choose your window at checkout.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Delivery is free. There’s no minimum order.
Is it halal?
All our beef, lamb and chicken is halal.
Is it fresh or frozen?
Our beef, chicken and salmon are fresh, not previously frozen. Our prawns are frozen at source and thawed for packing. Follow the label and do not refreeze thawed prawns.
How long does it keep?
From packing: beef and salmon six days, chicken seven, prawns five. We pack on delivery day. Refrigerate on arrival at the temperature on your pack and follow its use-by date. Fresh meat and salmon can be frozen on arrival; do not refreeze thawed prawns.
Where is the meat from?
Our beef and upcoming lamb shoulder are from Union Station in south-west Victoria, Australia. Chicken is from Saha in the UAE. Salmon is Norwegian, from Asmak. Prawns are from India.
What if something’s wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Replacement on the next van, or your money back. A person answers. This request helps us investigate quickly and does not limit your legal rights. Refunds and replacements →
