Tip: For juicy results, aim for medium on steaks and lamb, and fully cooked for chicken.

🛑 Let It Rest

After cooking, rest meat before cutting so the juices stay in:

  • Steaks/Chops/Chicken: 5 min
  • Roasts: 10–15 min

Always rest on a plate or board loosely covered with foil.

Cooking Methods

Pan Fry
  1. Heat a pan on med-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  2. Season both sides with salt.
  3. Sear for 3 min per side, until nicely browned.
  4. Cook until desired doneness.
  5. Add a spoon of butter in the last minute.
  6. Let rest for 5 min before serving.
BBQ
  1. Marinate for min. 3+ hours or simply season.
  2. Grill for 3 min each side, until nicely charred.
  3. Rest for 5 min before serving.
