🛑 Let It Rest

After cooking, rest meat before cutting so the juices stay in:

  • Steaks & Chops: 5 min
  • Roasts: 10–15 min

Always rest on a plate or board loosely covered with foil.

Cooking Methods

Sauté
  1. Heat oil in a pan on med-high.
  2. Add cubes and cook 5–7 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Optional: Add garlic, butter, or sauce at the end.

BBQ

  1. Thread cubes onto skewers with veg (optional).
  2. Brush with oil and season or marinate.
  3. Grill for 6–8 min, turning often, until browned on all sides.
  4. Rest 2–3 min before serving.
